If you’ve noticed a drop in call velocity or slower campaign throughput, the cause is usually how concurrency channels are allocated across your assistants. The pace of a campaign is determined by the number of concurrency channels assigned to its assistant. Concurrency channels control how many calls an assistant can make in parallel at any one time, so an assistant with more channels will work through its queue faster. If you’re running campaigns across multiple assistants, your total channels are shared among them. To increase the pace of a specific campaign, allocate more channels to the assistant running that campaign using the Concurrency Manager. How to manage your channels:
  1. Make sure you have the Owner role on your account. The Concurrency Manager is only available to Owners. (If your role was just upgraded, log out and log back in for the change to take effect.)\
  2. Click the profile menu at the bottom-left corner of your dashboard (next to your name, marked with the ^ arrow), then select Account.\

If your concurrency limit is low, you’ll need to contact sales@trysuperedash.com to purchase additional concurrency
  • Review your Total channels and any Unallocated channels available to assign.
Good to know: Assigning 0 channels to an assistant still allows it to take inbound calls. However, any queued outbound calls for that assistant will not be processed until you allocate channels to it.
  1. Adjust the channel count for each assistant, increasing the number for the assistant whose campaign you want to run faster.
  2. Click Review & Save to apply your changes.
